Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

At this time, if you purchased an item and  you did not pay for shipment (shipment was free), your item will be shipped out via USPS the Sunday after your order was placed. For shipping inquiries please e-mail yondel@queensofwigs.com with the subject shipping and don't forget to place your order number in the e-mail.  

We can ship to virtually (digital products) any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds permitted at this time. Due to health reasons refunds are not allowed.  Queens of Wigs takes its pride in making wigs. We make every attempt to make sure that we can provide you with the best quality wig. Wig making is a timely service and we cannot afford to not be compensated for our time. To ensure that there will be no need for a refund we offer consultations to make sure that the customers needs are met.

EXCHANGE POLICY 
There are no exchanges on discounted, sales, closeout, or clearance items. All exchanges must be pre-authorized and multiple exchanges are not allowed Exchanges of unused wigs, human hair, hair closures and frontal pieces are permitted with valid reason. All exhanges must be for even exchange of equal value. No REFUNDS ARE allowed. The owner has the right to decide what reasons are valid and what are not. 

If you wish to exchange a hair piece it can only be because the item does not fit. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and the fee to get the exchanged item shipped back out. Plus a 10% restocking fee will be charged.  

Any item being returned must be in mint condition. All exchanged products should be returned the same way they were sent. 

It cannot be washed,combed, brushed, styled, colored, appaer tampered with, and the lace cannot be cut. If the wig appears this way we cannot exchange it. If the wig appears worn, we cannot exchange it for health reasons.

Buyer has three business days from the date that the wig was received according to our tracking number records, to request an exchange. All exchanges must be approved by Queens of Weave. Queens of Weave has the right to deny an exchange request.
